• Touring status

2.4 Real-Time Location Data

If you enable location services for Touring or Live Location features, we may collect:

Live Location may be shared with authorized participants or administrators associated with the relevant Touring according to the Application's features and privacy settings.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings. However, disabling location access may prevent certain Touring or Live Location features from functioning.

2.5 SOS and Safety Information

If you use the SOS feature, we may process:

• Your current or most recent location

• SOS activation time

• Touring information

• User identity

• Safety status

• Emergency or assistance information

• SOS resolution information

SOS information may be made available to authorized Touring participants, administrators, or other authorized personnel when necessary to provide assistance.

4. Location Data and Live Location

Location functionality is an important part of MY TOURING CONNECT.

When Live Location is enabled during a Touring:

• Your location may be displayed to authorized Touring participants.

• Your Touring role may be displayed together with your location.

• Location information may be used to determine whether you are within or outside the planned route.

• Location information may be used for safety monitoring and SOS functionality.

• Location information may be temporarily stored for operational, safety, or Touring-history purposes where applicable.

You should only enable Live Location when you understand and agree that your location may be visible to authorized persons participating in the relevant Touring.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, Personal Data may be processed based on:

• Your consent;

• Performance of a contract or provision of requested services;

• Compliance with legal obligations;

• Protection of vital interests;

• Legitimate interests, where permitted by applicable law; or

• Other lawful bases permitted under applicable regulations.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw your consent subject to applicable legal and operational limitations.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data.

6.1 Touring Participants

Certain information, particularly Live Location, profile information, Touring role, and Touring status, may be visible to authorized participants of the same Touring.

6.2 Communities and Administrators

Authorized Community administrators or Application administrators may access information necessary to manage Communities, Tourings, safety, moderation, and support.

6.3 Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for:

• Cloud hosting

• Database services

• Maps and location services

• Push notifications

• Voice communication

• Analytics

• Customer support

• Payment processing

• Security and fraud prevention

Such providers may process Personal Data only as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Selamat datang di MY TOURING CONNECT.

MY TOURING CONNECT adalah aplikasi yang menyediakan layanan komunitas, touring, berbagi lokasi secara real-time, komunikasi, monitoring touring, emergency/SOS, dan layanan berlangganan.

Kami menghargai privasi pengguna dan berkomitmen untuk melindungi Data Pribadi yang diproses melalui aplikasi MY TOURING CONNECT.

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana kami mengumpulkan, menggunakan, menyimpan, melindungi, dan mengungkapkan Data Pribadi pengguna.

1. DEFINISI

Dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini:

"Kami" berarti pengelola dan/atau badan hukum yang mengoperasikan MY TOURING CONNECT.

"Pengguna" berarti setiap orang yang menggunakan MY TOURING CONNECT.

"Aplikasi" berarti aplikasi MY TOURING CONNECT beserta layanan terkait.

"Data Pribadi" adalah data mengenai individu yang teridentifikasi atau dapat diidentifikasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

"Data Lokasi" adalah informasi mengenai posisi geografis perangkat pengguna, termasuk latitude, longitude, waktu, kecepatan, arah perjalanan, dan informasi lokasi terkait.

2. DATA YANG KAMI KUMPULKAN

Kami dapat mengumpulkan beberapa kategori data berikut.

2.1 Data Akun

Meliputi:

• Nama.

• Username.

• Email.

• Nomor telepon jika digunakan.

• Foto profil.

• Password dalam bentuk yang diamankan/di-hash.

• Informasi akun lainnya.

3. DATA PROFIL

Data profil dapat meliputi:

• Nama tampilan.

• Foto profil.

• Informasi kendaraan yang dipilih untuk ditampilkan.

• Informasi komunitas.

• Informasi touring.

• Role touring.

• Preferensi aplikasi.

Role touring dapat berupa:

• Road Captain.

• Voorijder.

• Safety Officer.

• Marshal.

• Sweeper.

• Member.

Role tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi fungsi pengguna dalam suatu touring.

4. DATA LOKASI REAL-TIME

Karena salah satu fungsi utama MY TOURING CONNECT adalah live touring tracking, aplikasi dapat memproses Data Lokasi pengguna ketika fitur touring aktif.

Data yang dapat diproses meliputi:

• Latitude.

• Longitude.

• Accuracy.

• Speed.

• Heading/Bearing.

• Timestamp.

• Status koneksi/lokasi.

• Touring ID.

• User ID.

• Touring role.

Data tersebut digunakan untuk:

• Menampilkan posisi pengguna pada Touring Map.

• Menampilkan posisi anggota touring lainnya.

• Monitoring perjalanan.

• Menentukan apakah pengguna berada di dalam atau di luar route.

• Menampilkan status live/stale/offline.

• Mendukung fungsi keselamatan dan SOS.

• Menyediakan riwayat perjalanan apabila fitur tersebut tersedia.

5. VISIBILITAS LOKASI

Ketika pengguna mengikuti touring dan fitur Live Location aktif, lokasi pengguna dapat terlihat oleh anggota touring yang mempunyai hak untuk melihat lokasi tersebut.

• Role pengguna.

Pengguna tidak boleh menganggap Data Lokasi sebagai data publik secara default.

6. DATA KOMUNITAS DAN TOURING

Kami dapat memproses:

• Community ID.

• Nama community.

• Membership.

• Touring ID.

• Nama touring.

• Creator.

• Route.

• Starting point.

• Destination.

• Checkpoint.

• Touring role.

• Status keanggotaan.

• Waktu touring.

• Aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan touring.

Data tersebut digunakan untuk menyediakan fungsi community dan touring.

7. DATA SOS DAN KESELAMATAN

Jika pengguna menggunakan fitur SOS, sistem dapat memproses informasi yang diperlukan untuk menangani keadaan tersebut, termasuk:

• User ID.

• Nama.

• Touring.

• Lokasi saat SOS.

• Timestamp.

• Status SOS.

• Informasi terkait yang dibutuhkan untuk penanganan.

Data SOS dapat diberikan kepada pihak yang mempunyai hak akses sesuai kebutuhan penanganan emergency.

8. DATA TEKNIS

Kami dapat mengumpulkan:

• Device type.

• Operating system.

• Application version.

• Device identifier yang diperlukan secara proporsional.

• IP address.

• Crash/error information.

• Network information.

• Log aktivitas keamanan.

• Timestamp akses.

Data ini digunakan untuk:

• Keamanan.

• Troubleshooting.

• Analisis error.

• Peningkatan stabilitas.

• Pencegahan penyalahgunaan.

9. DATA PEMBAYARAN

Ketika pengguna membeli subscription, kami dapat memproses:

• Subscription plan.

• Transaction ID.

• Payment status.

• Payment provider.

• Payment timestamp.

• Subscription start date.

• Subscription expiry date.

• Renewal status.

Kami tidak bermaksud menyimpan data kartu pembayaran secara penuh jika transaksi diproses melalui payment provider.

Data pembayaran sensitif sebaiknya diproses langsung oleh payment provider yang relevan.

10. TUJUAN PEMROSESAN DATA

Kami memproses Data Pribadi untuk:

1. Membuat dan mengelola akun.

2. Menyediakan layanan touring.

3. Menyediakan community.

4. Menyediakan live location.

5. Menampilkan route dan checkpoint.

6. Menjalankan fungsi SOS.

7. Menyediakan voice communication jika tersedia.

8. Mengelola subscription.

9. Memproses pembayaran.

10. Mengirimkan notification.

11. Mencegah fraud dan penyalahgunaan.

12. Menjaga keamanan sistem.

13. Melakukan troubleshooting.

14. Meningkatkan layanan.

15. Memenuhi kewajiban hukum.

Pemrosesan Data Pribadi dilakukan berdasarkan dasar pemrosesan yang sesuai, termasuk persetujuan apabila diperlukan, pelaksanaan perjanjian, pemenuhan kewajiban hukum, kepentingan vital, kepentingan publik, atau kepentingan sah sesuai hukum yang berlaku.

UU PDP mensyaratkan pemrosesan dilakukan secara terbatas, spesifik, sah, transparan, sesuai tujuan, akurat, dan dengan perlindungan keamanan yang memadai.

11. PERSETUJUAN LOKASI

Untuk fitur yang memerlukan akses lokasi, pengguna akan diminta memberikan permission melalui sistem operasi perangkat.

Pengguna dapat mengatur permission lokasi melalui pengaturan perangkat.

Namun, apabila permission lokasi dinonaktifkan, beberapa fitur seperti:

• Live Location.

• Touring tracking.

• Out of Route detection.

• Driving Mode tertentu.

• SOS berbasis lokasi.

mungkin tidak dapat berfungsi secara penuh.

12. BERBAGI DATA

Kami tidak menjual Data Pribadi pengguna.

Data dapat dibagikan kepada pihak tertentu apabila diperlukan untuk:

• Menyediakan layanan.

• Memproses pembayaran.

• Menyediakan infrastructure/cloud service.

• Menyediakan map/location service.

• Menyediakan notification.

• Menyediakan communication service.

• Menangani keamanan dan fraud.

• Memenuhi kewajiban hukum.

Pihak ketiga yang memproses data atas nama kami harus digunakan sesuai kebutuhan layanan dan kewajiban kontraktual/hukum yang berlaku.

13. DATA LOKASI DAN PIHAK KETIGA

Layanan peta, lokasi, cloud, notification, atau communication dapat menggunakan penyedia pihak ketiga.

Penyedia tersebut dapat memproses data sesuai fungsi yang diberikan dan kebijakan privasi mereka masing-masing.

Kami berusaha membatasi data yang diberikan kepada pihak ketiga hanya pada data yang diperlukan untuk menyediakan layanan.

14. TRANSFER DATA

Apabila Data Pribadi perlu diproses atau ditransfer ke pihak lain atau ke luar wilayah Indonesia, kami akan melakukan transfer sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dan menerapkan perlindungan yang diperlukan.

Kami menerapkan langkah keamanan teknis dan organisatoris yang wajar, termasuk:

Tidak ada sistem elektronik yang dapat menjamin keamanan secara absolut. Karena itu, pengguna juga bertanggung jawab menjaga keamanan akun dan perangkatnya.

16. RETENSI DATA

Kami menyimpan Data Pribadi selama diperlukan untuk:

• Menyediakan layanan.

• Memenuhi tujuan pemrosesan.

• Memenuhi kewajiban hukum.

• Menyelesaikan sengketa.

Setelah data tidak lagi diperlukan, data akan dihapus, dianonimkan, atau dimusnahkan sesuai kebijakan retensi dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.

Retensi Data Lokasi dapat berbeda berdasarkan jenis layanan.

17. HAK PENGGUNA

Sesuai hukum yang berlaku, pengguna dapat memiliki hak untuk:

• Memperoleh informasi mengenai pemrosesan data.

• Memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat.

• Mengakses data.

• Memperoleh salinan data dalam kondisi yang diatur hukum.

• Menarik persetujuan apabila dasar pemrosesan adalah persetujuan.

• Meminta pembatasan pemrosesan dalam kondisi tertentu.

• Meminta penghapusan/pemusnahan dalam kondisi yang diatur hukum.

• Mengajukan keberatan terhadap pemrosesan otomatis tertentu.

• Mengajukan permintaan lain sesuai hak yang diberikan hukum.

UU PDP secara khusus mengatur hak akses, koreksi, penghapusan, penarikan persetujuan, pembatasan pemrosesan, keberatan terhadap keputusan otomatis tertentu, serta hak terkait portabilitas dalam kondisi yang diatur.

18. PENGHAPUSAN AKUN

Pengguna dapat meminta penghapusan akun melalui:

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

atau melalui kontak resmi:

Penghapusan akun dapat tunduk pada kewajiban hukum, kebutuhan keamanan, penyelesaian sengketa, atau kewajiban penyimpanan transaksi tertentu.

19. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MY TOURING CONNECT tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak tanpa pengawasan dan persetujuan yang diwajibkan oleh hukum.

Jika kami mengetahui bahwa Data Pribadi anak diproses tanpa dasar yang sesuai, kami akan mengambil langkah yang diperlukan sesuai ketentuan hukum.

UU PDP memberikan perlakuan khusus terhadap pemrosesan Data Pribadi anak.

20. COOKIES DAN ANALYTICS

Jika versi web menggunakan cookies atau analytics, teknologi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk:

• Authentication.

• Analytics.

• Improvement of service.

Penggunaan analytics yang memproses Data Pribadi akan mengikuti tujuan dan dasar pemrosesan yang berlaku.

Untuk pemrosesan yang memerlukan persetujuan, persetujuan akan diminta secara terpisah melalui mekanisme yang sesuai.
